A Certified Job Spec is a structured representation by the hiring group covering operational and contractual realities—including schedule, volume estimates, compensation model, malpractice/tail, non-compete, notice, ownership, and licensure ramp.
Incomplete Specs cannot go live. Volume fields are best estimates for matching. Specs may later export as employment contract exhibits; they are not a substitute for counsel review.
