Privacy

What we collect

• Account: email and name from Google sign-in (identity only).
• Market Pulse: job terms you choose to submit (region, pay, schedule, volume, practice type, optional tech). Employer name is not required.

How we use it

• Private report: your answers power a you-vs-peers view visible only when you are signed in as that account.
• Public market views: only anonymous aggregates (e.g. medians, shares) once a slice has enough contributions—not your named row.
• We do not sell your individual job package to third parties.

Your control

• Edit any job you submitted from Market Pulse.
• Add multiple packages (e.g. current + prior, or moonlighting) under the same login.
• Questions: use the contact path you have with the founders during soft launch.

Security & limits

Data is stored in our production database (not on your phone). Soft-launch systems will continue to harden as we grow; counsel-reviewed policies will expand with full marketplace launch. Do not upload patient information (PHI) or contracts containing others' personal data.
